The terms on which NAJR supplies products through this website.
This website is operated by NAJR ("we", "us", "our"), a custom 3D-printing and design business based in Riyadh, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You can reach us at contact@najr.design or 050 026 1134.
Please confirm: registered commercial name, Commercial Registration (CR) number, national address, and VAT registration number should be inserted here before publishing.
These terms apply to every order placed through this website. By placing an order you confirm that you accept them. Please read them each time you order, as they may change. If you're buying on behalf of a business or government entity, you confirm you have authority to do so.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation or begin production — not when you send an enquiry or receive an automated acknowledgement. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable, the price was listed in error, or we cannot accept the artwork supplied.
Many of our products are personalised or made to your specification. For these:
By submitting logos, designs, or other materials, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, and you authorise us to reproduce them on your order. You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from materials you supply. We retain ownership of any design files, CAD models, or tooling we create unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Prices are shown in Saudi riyals (SAR). Orders are arranged through WhatsApp, where we confirm availability, the final total including any applicable tax and delivery, and payment arrangements before you order.
Delivery timescales are estimates, not guarantees, and run from dispatch. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once we've received payment in full. Where delivery is delayed by more than 15 days for reasons within our control, you may cancel under the Saudi E-Commerce Law. Full details are in our Delivery & Returns policy.
Your cancellation and return rights, including the exemption for goods made to your specifications and your rights for faulty items, are set out in our Delivery & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
We supply products for the purpose for which products of that kind are normally used. We don't exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise we're not liable for loss of profit, business, or any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order will not exceed the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms affects the statutory rights of consumers under Saudi law.
These terms are governed by the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Saudi courts and authorities.
